Ingredients

🥧 1 pre-baked pie crust
🥜 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
🍬 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

🍫 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
🥄 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
3. Spread the peanut butter mixture into the pre-baked pie crust, smoothing the top.
4. For the ganache, combine chocolate chips and 1/2 cup heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
5. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly.
6. Top the pie with assorted Reese’s candies and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
