INGREDIENTS: ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (135g)
¾ cup butter (170g)
2 cups sugar (400g)
4 large eggs
1½ cups all-purpose flour (190g)
1 (1-oz) bottle green liquid food coloring
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp salt
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened (226g)
3 Tbsp butter, softened (42g)
1½ cups powdered sugar (180g)
⅛ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch square pan with foil and grease. Melt chocolate chips and butter in the microwave. Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in flour, food coloring, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Pour into the pan and bake for 44-48 minutes. Cool completely. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost brownies, cut into squares, and enjoy!
