Ingredients
• 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
• 1 cup pumpkin puree (spiced with ½ tsp cinnamon & pinch of nutmeg)
• 1 cup granola (gluten-free if needed)
• Optional: sugar-free gummy worms or Halloween sprinkles for fun
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, gently warm pumpkin puree with cinnamon and nutmeg (serve warm or chilled).
- Begin layering in clear glasses or a large trifle bowl:
→ First layer: granola (for crunch!)
→ Second: pumpkin spice mixture
→ Third: yogurt mixture
→ Fourth: fresh berries - Repeat layers until cups or bowl are full.
- Top with extra berries and a sprinkle of granola. Add gummy worms for a spooky surprise!
- Chill 30 minutes or serve immediately for a quick treat.
