Sweet, buttery rolls transformed into golden, garlicky perfection—absolutely irresistible!
Ingredients
1 pack (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Shredded mozzarella (optional for cheesy version)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Without separating the rolls, slice the whole pack in half horizontally. Place bottom half on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush half over the bottom half of rolls.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella if using. Place top half of rolls back on.
Brush remaining garlic butter over the top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and toasted. Slice and serve warm!
