1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, oats, nut butter, and honey.
Fold in chocolate chips, raisins, or any extras you like.
Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are golden.
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
