Ingredients
Β 4 ripe peaches, peeled and mashed (or blended)
Β 2 cups heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
Β 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
Β 3/4 cup honey, maple syrup, or sugar (adjust to taste)
Β 1 tsp vanilla extract
Β Ice cubes (for texture hack β optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix mashed peaches, honey, vanilla, and milk. Stir well.
Gradually whisk in heavy cream until fully combined.
Optional: Fold in a handful of ice cubes β let sit 5 mins to melt slightly (creates a fluffier texture).
Pour into a loaf pan or container. Freeze for 4β6 hours or overnight.
