Ingredients
• 4 cups fresh corn kernels (about 6 ears) • 4 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp honey • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tsp lemon juice • ¼ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper • 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add corn kernels and cook 5-7 minutes until tender
- Add butter and honey, stir until butter melts
- Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Remove from heat
- Fold in fresh chives and parsley
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
- Serve immediately while warm and buttery
