Ingredients

• 4 cups fresh corn kernels (about 6 ears) • 4 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp honey • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tsp lemon juice • ¼ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add corn kernels and cook 5-7 minutes until tender
  3. Add butter and honey, stir until butter melts
  4. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute
  5. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Fold in fresh chives and parsley
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
  9. Serve immediately while warm and buttery
