Ingredients

1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt until fully combined.
Pour batter into pie dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the center is just set (slightly gooey is perfect).
Cool slightly, then serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream!
