Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1½ cups granulated sugar • ½ cup butter, softened • 3 eggs • 1 cup milk • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt

FOR STREUSEL TOPPING: • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup flour • ¼ cup butter, cold and cubed • 1 tsp cinnamon

FOR PEACH LAYER: • 3 large peaches, sliced • 2 tbsp granulated sugar • 1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well
  5. Mix in vanilla extract
  6. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt
  7. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk
  8. Toss peach slices with sugar and cinnamon
  9. Spoon half the batter into pan
  10. Arrange peach slices on top
  11. Cover with remaining batter
  12. Mix streusel ingredients with fork until crumbly
  13. Sprinkle over batter
  14. Bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes clean
  15. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan
