Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1½ cups granulated sugar • ½ cup butter, softened • 3 eggs • 1 cup milk • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt
FOR STREUSEL TOPPING: • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup flour • ¼ cup butter, cold and cubed • 1 tsp cinnamon
FOR PEACH LAYER: • 3 large peaches, sliced • 2 tbsp granulated sugar • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well
- Mix in vanilla extract
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt
- Alternate adding flour mixture and milk
- Toss peach slices with sugar and cinnamon
- Spoon half the batter into pan
- Arrange peach slices on top
- Cover with remaining batter
- Mix streusel ingredients with fork until crumbly
- Sprinkle over batter
- Bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes clean
- Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan
