Indulge in these crispy bites, where chocolate meets creamy peanut butter!


Ingredients

🌮 2 large Keto Tortillas
🧀 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
🥜 4 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
🍫 1/4 cup Keto Chocolate Chips plus 2 tbsp for drizzling
🧈 1 tbsp Melted Butter


Instructions

Lay the tortillas on a flat surface.
Blend together the cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Spread half of the peanut butter mixture onto each tortilla.
Sprinkle the tortillas with ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
Tightly roll the tortillas closed over the filling.
Slice the tortillas into 1 inch pieces.
Layer the pieces into an air fryer tray and brush with the melted butter.
Cook at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, or until browned nicely.
Place the 2 Tbsp of chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until melted.
Drizzle the chocolate over the bites before serving.
