2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (150g)
2 ounces cream cheese (60g)
½ cup heavy cream (120ml)
¼ cup sour cream (60g)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup gruyere cheese, shredded (60g)
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup water or beef broth (120ml)
Instructions
Shape ground beef into patties. Cook in a skillet until browned. In another skillet, sauté mushrooms in butter, add garlic, then mix in cream cheese, cream, and spices. Pour sauce over burgers and simmer until cooked through.
