🧄 2 cloves garlic, crushed
🧀 ½ cup gruyere cheese, shredded (60g)
🌿 ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
🧅 1 teaspoon onion powder
🧂 ¼ teaspoon salt
🌶️ ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
💧 ½ cup water or beef broth (120ml)


Instructions

Shape ground beef into patties. Cook in a skillet until browned. In another skillet, sauté mushrooms in butter, add garlic, then mix in cream cheese, cream, and spices. Pour sauce over burgers and simmer until cooked through.
