Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 32 oz milk chocolate, melted (2 packages of 16 oz each)
1 cup light corn syrup
½ cup butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 cups powdered sugar
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp milk
2 drops orange gel food coloring
1 drop yellow gel food coloring
Instructions
1. Line 48 mini muffin cups with parchment paper liners.
2. Melt 16 oz of milk chocolate in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
3. Pipe a thin layer of melted chocolate into the bottoms of the liners.
4. Beat butter and corn syrup in a mixer, then add milk, vanilla, and salt.
5. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until stiff.
6. Divide mixture; color part with orange and yellow gel food coloring.
7. Pipe white creme on top of chocolate, then orange creme in the center.
8. Cover with remaining melted chocolate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
