Ingredients
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: crushed nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for texture
Instructions
Line a small loaf pan or silicone mold with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sweetener, melted coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Stir in optional mix-ins like crushed nuts or chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the lined pan. Smooth the top.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours until firm and sliceable.
Slice into bars and store in the fridge for a cool, creamy treat anytime!
