Ingredients
½ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream (for dairy-free)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate (70%+) for extra fudge factor
Instructions
In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
