Description
Silky, rich, and sugar-free — this easy keto chocolate sauce is perfect for drizzling, dipping, or adding low-carb decadence to your favorite treats!
Ingredients
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (or a mix)
¼ cup heavy cream or coconut milk (full-fat for best texture)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for shine and smoothness)
Instructions
In a small bowl or saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder and sweetener.
Add heavy cream (or coconut milk), vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth.
For a silkier texture, stir in coconut oil or butter until fully melted and combined.
Warm gently over low heat if needed — just until smooth and pourable.
Let cool slightly or chill for a thicker consistency. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
