Crunchy, nutty, and rich with chocolate flavor — this keto-friendly torrone is a healthy twist on the classic Italian nougat, made with low-carb ingredients for a sweet treat that fits your keto lifestyle!


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup raw almonds or hazelnuts (or crushed pecans)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: ¼ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips for extra richness


Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Spread nuts on a baking sheet and roast for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix roasted nuts, cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in optional chocolate chips if using.
Press mixture into a silicone mold or onto a parchment-lined tray in small mounds.
Chill in the fridge for at least 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Break into chunks or slice into bars for easy serving.
