Ingredients

🧀 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
🧀 2 tbsp cream cheese
🌰 3/4 cup almond flour
🥚 1 egg white (beaten)
🧂 1/2 tsp baking powder
🍬 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍬 1 tsp liquid stevia
🌿 1 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Melt them together in 30-second increments, stirring each time until smooth.
2. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and beaten egg white to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour until it holds together.
3. Roll the dough out flat on a parchment paper surface.
4. In a small bowl, mix the vanilla extract, liquid stevia, and ground cinnamon. Brush this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
5. Carefully roll the dough up into a log and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
6. Place the cinnamon roll pieces in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
