Ingredients

3 tbsp high-quality cocoa powder (30g)
2 tbsp melted dark chocolate (30g, at least 90% cocoa)
1/4 cup honey or sweetener of choice (60ml)
1/4 cup chia seeds (40g)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend for around 2 minutes, or until the mixture is super smooth, creamy, and light.
Scoop the mousse into 4 small cups or ramekins.
Add your favorite toppings—think chopped dark chocolate, chocolate chips, or fresh berries like raspberries for a pop of tartness.
Chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving so the texture sets up just right.
