🌰 1 & 1/4 Cups Almond Meal

🍬 1/2 Cup Erythritol

πŸ§‚ 1/4 Tsp Salt

🧈 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (Melted)

πŸ₯› 2 Tbsp Milk (Almond Milk recommended)

πŸ₯š 2 Large Eggs

🍦 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

FROSTING:

πŸ§€ 80 grams Cream Cheese

πŸ₯› 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream

🍬 3 Tbsp Erythritol

🍦 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

🍫 40 grams 90% Lindt Cocoa

πŸ₯› 3 Tbsp Heavy Cream

🍬 2 Tbsp Erythritol

🍦 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (176Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix almond meal, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, melt butter and whisk in almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until a thick batter forms.

5. Spray a donut tray with non-stick spray and fill each ring 3/4 full.

6. Bake for 15 minutes.

FROSTING DIRECTIONS:Β Β 

Cream Cheese Frosting:Β Β 

1. Mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.

2. Add vanilla and erythritol to taste.

Chocolate Ganache:Β Β 

1. Melt cocoa and mix in heavy cream until smooth.

2. Add vanilla and erythritol to taste.
