Ingredients
½ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream (chilled overnight)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 2 tbsp melted sugar-free dark chocolate (for extra fudge factor)
Optional: 2–3 drops liquid stevia or 1 tbsp allulose for added sweetness

Use coconut cream , avocado , and plant-based protein powder for a creamy, dairy-free alternative.
Instructions
In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix cocoa powder , powdered sweetener , vanilla , and salt until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
Optional: Add melted dark chocolate and fold in for a deeper, richer texture.
Spoon into small cups or bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve cold for that light, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth texture!
