Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup natural chunky peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp cocoa powder
4 drops liquid vanilla stevia
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
2. Stir in the peanut butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
3. Add the shredded coconut and stevia; mix well.
4. Scoop 1 tbsp size spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
5. Freeze for 15 minutes.
6. Cut and separate the parchment paper, keeping cookies in place.
7. Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Enjoy!
