Ingredients
200 g Mascarpone (1 cup)
300 ml Heavy Cream (1 ¼ cups)
2-3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla
70-100 g Nutella (¼ to ⅓ cup)
2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl: cold mascarpone, cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, Nutella, and cocoa powder. Beat with an electric mixer on low-medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and firm. Use immediately or store in the fridge.
