Rich, creamy, and totally indulgent — these no-bake keto Oreos cheesecake bites combine chocolate crunch with smooth cheesecake flavor for the perfect low-carb dessert!
Ingredients
For the Crust:
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream
¼ cup powdered sweetener
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional Topping:
Sugar-free dark chocolate shavings
Crushed keto Oreo cookies
Whipped cream and mint leaves
Instructions
n a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and melted coconut oil until crumbly.
Press half of the mixture into the bottom of silicone muffin liners or mini tart pans.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crusts.
Top with remaining crust mixture or crushed keto Oreos.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours or freeze for 1 hour until firm.
Optional: Drizzle with melted sugar-free chocolate before serving.
