Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:Â 1/2 cup Perfect Keto Collagen (about 50g)
 5 egg whites and yolks separated
 6 tbsp coconut flour
 3 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
 1 tsp xanthan gum
 1 tsp keto-friendly baking powder
 1 pinch sea salt
 1 tbsp melted coconut oil (+ more for greasing)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
2. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk, egg yolks, and melted coconut oil.
4. In another bowl, whip egg whites until peaks form.
5. Fold both dry and wet ingredients into the whipped egg whites and mix until incorporated.
6. Brush a 9x5x3-inch loaf dish with coconut oil.
7. Pour the batter into the loaf dish and bake for 40 minutes.
8. Let cool completely and slice.
