Description
Craving something chocolatey and cozy? This rich, fudgy treat hits the spot — without the carb overload!
Ingredients
5 tbsp almond flour
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp Swerve or erythritol-based sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp avocado oil or melted butter
1 large egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional, but oh-so-good!)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 6-inch oven-safe skillet or small baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder.
Stir in the water, oil (or butter), egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared skillet and sprinkle chocolate chips on top if you like.
Bake for 13–16 minutes. The top should be puffed, but the center should still have a slight jiggle.
Remove from oven and let cool for a minute. Serve warm with keto whipped cream or a scoop of low-carb vanilla ice cream.
