Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 1 cup almond flour (about 4 oz)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon Kelly green gel food coloring
3 tablespoons erythritol
6 tablespoons powdered erythritol
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, and coconut oil.
2. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
3. Add Kelly green gel food coloring and mix until combined.
4. Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Use a tablespoon-sized scoop to portion out the dough.
7. Roll each scoop into a ball and coat in erythritol.
8. Place on the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
9. Bake for 9-12 minutes until tops are crackled.
10. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
