Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a bundt or loaf pan 🧈🔥

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy 🎂

Beat in eggs one at a time 🥚

Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla 🍋

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt 🥄

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mix until smooth

Pour into pan and bake 70–75 mins or until toothpick comes out clean ⏲️

Cool completely before adding glaze (if using) ❄️🍥
