Ingredients
½ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (keto-friendly)
¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 2 tbsp melted sugar-free dark chocolate for extra richness
Instructions
In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
