Ingredients

1 box (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

1 box graham crackers

1 can (16 oz) lemon frosting (or homemade lemon glaze)


Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully combined.

In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.

Spread half of the lemon pudding mixture over the crackers.

Add another layer of graham crackers, then the rest of the pudding mixture.

Top with a final layer of graham crackers.

Microwave the lemon frosting for 15-20 seconds to soften, then pour and spread it over the top layer evenly.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
