Ingredients
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened • ¼ cup powdered sugar • 2 tbsp orange juice • 1 tsp orange zest • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups white chocolate chips • 2 tbsp coconut oil • Orange sprinkles for coating (optional)
Instructions
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla
- Mix until well combined
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes until firm
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls
- Place on wax paper-lined baking sheet
- Freeze 15 minutes until firm
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate
- Return to baking sheet
- Sprinkle with orange sprinkles if desired
- Refrigerate 30 minutes until set
- Store covered in refrigerator
