Ingredients

1½ cups crushed graham crackers

½ cup melted butter

1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

½ cup chopped dried pineapple

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup white chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the pan to form the crust.

In another bowl, mix coconut, pineapple, and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.

Spread mixture over the crust evenly and press down.

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.

Slice into bars and enjoy!
