Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
¼ cup caramel sauce (use maple-sweetened if desired)
¼ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup mini chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
Mix crust ingredients, press into lined muffin tin cups, and chill.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
Spoon filling onto crusts and smooth tops.
Drizzle with caramel, sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips.
