Ingredients
½ cup salted butter, softened (110 g)
¼ cup granulated sugar (55 g)
1 ¼ cups plain flour (160 g)
½ cup chocolate chips (80 g)
3 tbsp Nutella (50 g)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, sugar, and flour until crumbly. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Roll dough into balls, flatten them, and place on the tray.
4. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
5. Once cool, spread Nutella on one cookie and sandwich with another.
