Oatmeal Bread with Quark: A Nutritious, Low-Carb Twist on a Classic Loaf

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
🌾 100 g oat flakes
🌾 100 g spelt flour
🌾 50 g almond flour
🌾 15 g flaxseed
🌾 1 packet of baking powder
🥚 1 egg
🧀 250 g low-fat quark
🧂 1 tsp salt


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine all liquid ingredients. Mix both together to form a dough. Shape into a loaf and place on the tray. Brush with water, sprinkle with oat flakes and flax seeds. Bake for 35 minutes.
