  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained well
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Optional: ½ cup shredded coconut or chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Make pudding base: In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (~2 minutes).
  2. Fold in: Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add fruit & extras: Fold in mandarin oranges, pineapple, marshmallows, and optional coconut or nuts.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (best after 2–4 hours for flavors to meld).
  5. Serve cold, in dessert cups or alongside grilled meats for a classic potluck combo!
