Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls: A Sweet, Crispy Twist on a Classic Dessert

Crispy on the outside, warm peachy sweetness on the inside—so dreamy!


Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained and chopped

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cornstarch (for thickening)

8 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Optional: powdered sugar & vanilla ice cream for serving


Instructions

In a saucepan over medium heat, add chopped peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Stir and simmer 4–5 minutes until thickened. Let cool slightly.

Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold sides in, then roll tightly. Seal edge with water.

Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with ice cream if desired!
