Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour • 1 cup butter, softened • 2 cups granulated sugar • 4 eggs • 1 cup sour cream • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt • 3 large peaches, sliced • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup flour • ¼ cup butter, melted • 1 tsp cinnamon • ¼ cup chopped pecans


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Grease and flour Bundt pan
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
  4. Add eggs one at a time
  5. Mix in sour cream and vanilla
  6. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt
  7. Alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream
  8. Arrange peach slices in bottom of pan
  9. Pour batter over peaches
  10. Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and pecans
  11. Sprinkle crumble topping over batter
  12. Bake 60-70 minutes until toothpick clean
  13. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan
