Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour • 1 cup butter, softened • 2 cups granulated sugar • 4 eggs • 1 cup sour cream • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt • 3 large peaches, sliced • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup flour • ¼ cup butter, melted • 1 tsp cinnamon • ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Grease and flour Bundt pan
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time
- Mix in sour cream and vanilla
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt
- Alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream
- Arrange peach slices in bottom of pan
- Pour batter over peaches
- Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and pecans
- Sprinkle crumble topping over batter
- Bake 60-70 minutes until toothpick clean
- Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan
