Rich chocolate meets creamy peanut butter for the ultimate fudgy treat.
Ingredients
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond flour or whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8″ baking pan.
In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
Let cool before slicing into squares.
