Ingredients

🍚 1 cup all-purpose flour
🥣 2 cups old-fashioned oats
🍬 1 cup brown sugar
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🧁 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
🧈 3/4 cup butter, cubed, at room temperature
🥜 3/4 cup peanut butter
🥫 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
🌿 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
🍫 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray; set it aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda. Add the cubed butter and use your hands to mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.
3. Remove 1 1/2 cups of the oat mixture for topping and press the remainder evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and well mixed.
5. Pour this peanut butter mixture evenly over the oat crust in the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on top.
6. Crumble the reserved oat mixture over the chocolate chips and press it down lightly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the edges turn a light golden color.
8. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving. Enjoy!
