• 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
• ½ cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies (plus extra for topping)
• Optional: 1 tsp red food-safe gel (for marbled effect)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Pour half the mixture into the pan and spread into a thin, even layer.
- Sprinkle with ¼ cup crushed candy canes.
- Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over the top. Use a knife to gently swirl for a marbled look (optional).
- Sprinkle generously with remaining crushed candy canes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes, until completely firm.
- Break into rustic pieces and serve!
