Ingredients
• 1 box yellow cake mix • 1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple, drained • 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened • 3 eggs • ½ cup vegetable oil • 1 tsp vanilla extract
FOR GLAZE: • 1 cup powdered sugar • 2-3 tbsp pineapple juice • ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan
- In large bowl, mix cake mix, drained pineapple, eggs, oil, and vanilla
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Pour cake batter into prepared pan
- Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese throughout batter
- Cut through batter with knife to create swirls
- Bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes clean
- Cool 20 minutes in pan
- Invert onto wire rack to cool completely
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth
- Drizzle over cooled cake
