Pineapple Cream Cheese Pound Cake: A Moist, Tangy-Sweet Loaf That’s Perfect for Any Occasion

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix • 1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple, drained • 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened • 3 eggs • ½ cup vegetable oil • 1 tsp vanilla extract

FOR GLAZE: • 1 cup powdered sugar • 2-3 tbsp pineapple juice • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan
  3. In large bowl, mix cake mix, drained pineapple, eggs, oil, and vanilla
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth
  5. Pour cake batter into prepared pan
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese throughout batter
  7. Cut through batter with knife to create swirls
  8. Bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes clean
  9. Cool 20 minutes in pan
  10. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely
  11. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth
  12. Drizzle over cooled cake
