Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Filling: 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping (optional): Pineapple rings or chunks
Maraschino cherries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and pineapple.
Pour over crust, bake 50–60 mins.
Cool completely, then chill 4+ hours.
Top with pineapple/cherries before serving.
Prep time: 20 mins (+ chill time)
