Ingredients

🍍 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)

🍚 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

🍬 2/3 cup sugar

Instructions

🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

🥣 In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

🍍 In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, vanilla, and pineapple (with juice).

👩‍🍳 Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir just until mixed.

🥄 Fold in nuts or coconut if using.

🍞 Pour into loaf pan and bake 45–55 mins.
