Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
🥜 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour (190g)
🥚 2 Large Eggs
🧈 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (113g)
🧂 1/4 tsp Salt
🥄 1 tsp Baking Powder
🍬 3/4 Cup White Sugar (150g)
🥛 2/3 Cup 2% Milk (160ml)
🍵 1 Package Jell-O Pistachio Pudding Mix
(Optional Icing)
🥜 1/4 Cup Chopped Pistachios (30g)
🍬 1 Cup Icing Sugar (120g)
🥛 2 Tbsp 2% Milk (30ml)


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and butter. Add milk, pistachio pudding mix, baking powder, and salt; mix well. Gradually fold in flour until smooth. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 40-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
