Poison Apple Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (for “poison” effect)
• 1/2 tsp green food gel (or black for extra eerie look)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: edible glitter, candy spiders, or dry ice for serving drama


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in applesauce, vanilla, and green food gel until evenly colored like “poison.”
  4. Pour half the mixture into the pan.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Swirl into the pan with a knife for a toxic marbled effect.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with edible glitter or crushed candy for a mystical shimmer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Cut into small squares. Serve cold with a spooky story!
