Popcorn Balls with Marshmallow: A Sweet and Chewy Treat Everyone Loves 🍿✨

Ingredients

• 8 cups popped popcorn (plain, unsalted) • 1 cup light corn syrup • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup butter • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups mini marshmallows • ¼ tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Pop corn and remove any unpopped kernels
  2. Place popcorn in large bowl
  3. In medium saucepan, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly
  5. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes without stirring
  6. Remove from heat and quickly stir in vanilla and salt
  7. Pour syrup over popcorn
  8. Stir quickly to coat all popcorn evenly
  9. Add mini marshmallows and fold in quickly
  10. Working fast, butter hands and shape into balls
  11. Press firmly but gently to hold shape
  12. Let cool completely before serving
  13. Store in airtight container
