Β 4 cups crisp rice cereal
Β 1 cup almond butter
Β 1 cup honey
Β 1/3 cup collagen protein powder
Β 1/4 teaspoon salt
Β 1 teaspoon vanilla
Β 4 ounces chocolate baking bar
Ingredients
1. In a medium bowl, mix the crisp rice cereal, almond butter, honey, protein powder, salt, and vanilla until well combined.
2. Line an 8Γ8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and firmly press the mixture into the pan. Freeze while melting the chocolate.
3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Pour it over the mixture and spread evenly.
4. Return to the freezer for at least 30 minutes until firm. Remove from the pan using parchment paper and cut into 10 bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
