Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• ½ tsp ginger
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• 1 cup cream cheese filling
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp cinnamon for coating
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
Whisk pumpkin, eggs, milk, and melted butter
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Fill donut pan with batter
Bake 12-15 minutes until golden
Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating
Brush warm donuts with butter
Roll in cinnamon sugar
Fill with cream cheese filling
