Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 cup pumpkin puree • ½ cup butter, softened • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice • ½ tsp cinnamon • ½ tsp baking soda • ¼ tsp salt • ½ cup milk • ½ cup granulated sugar for coating • 2 tsp cinnamon for coating
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F or oven to 375°F
- Cream butter and both sugars until fluffy
- Add pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla, mix well
- Combine flour, spices, baking soda, and salt
- Alternate adding flour mixture and milk
- Mix ½ cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon in shallow dish
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough into air fryer basket
- Air fry 8-10 minutes or bake 12-15 minutes
- Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar
- Cool on wire rack
- Serve warm or at room temperature
