Pumpkin Donut Holes (Air Fryer or Oven): Bite-Sized Fall Treats That Are Soft, Spiced, and Irresistible

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 cup pumpkin puree • ½ cup butter, softened • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice • ½ tsp cinnamon • ½ tsp baking soda • ¼ tsp salt • ½ cup milk • ½ cup granulated sugar for coating • 2 tsp cinnamon for coating


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F or oven to 375°F
  2. Cream butter and both sugars until fluffy
  3. Add pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla, mix well
  4. Combine flour, spices, baking soda, and salt
  5. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk
  6. Mix ½ cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon in shallow dish
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough into air fryer basket
  8. Air fry 8-10 minutes or bake 12-15 minutes
  9. Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar
  10. Cool on wire rack
  11. Serve warm or at room temperature
