Pumpkin Magic Bars

Ingredients

• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or gluten-free cookies)
• 1/4 cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
• 1/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (or dairy-free alternative)
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
• 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
• 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles (optional, for magic!)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Dollop over the condensed milk.
  5. Use a knife to gently swirl the pumpkin into the milk layer—don’t overmix!
  6. Sprinkle white chocolate chips, nuts, and Halloween sprinkles on top.
  7. Bake 22–25 minutes, until edges are golden and center is set.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Chill 1 hour for cleaner cuts and extra creaminess!
